Overview

The Orthopaedic Group WA is a high-volume specialist practice made up of 13 orthopaedic surgeons supported by a comprehensive administrative team, including personal secretaries, reception staff, a practice manager, and a remote admin assistant.With daily patient volumes often exceeding 60 patients per day, the practice carries a significant documentation and administrative workload, putting pressure on both surgeons and support staff.

The challenge

Before adopting Medow, the practice faced several operational challenges:
