Yes. A single dictation can generate a GP letter, a patient-facing letter, and internal consult notes simultaneously. Each is adapted for its recipient: the GP letter uses appropriate clinical language, the patient letter is written in plain English. You review each one and approve with a single click.

Medow is an AI documentation platform: it understands sentences, adds formatting automatically, applies specialist clinical reasoning to structure the output, and syncs the completed letter directly into your PMS.
